PSN
The PSN ( Play Station Network) was hacked and compromised. The hacker(s) managed to get pass the 128 bit encryption into the sony servers and could have possible stolen all the consumer credit card information This hack is an embarrassment for Sony. After the incident they have been trying to recover but they keep on making mistakes. Even the Japanese government lacks trust in Sony and refuses to let the PS3 network go back online.

Sony should have done a much better job on keeping their users safe from hackers. They have been around long enough that this kind of thing shouldn't happen.
